Colloquium, the paper presentation contest, offers a platform to the participants to present & exchange their ideas, innovations and solutions to engineering problems in front of a very scholarly audience. The conference will bring together leading researchers, engineers and scientists in the domain of interest from around the world. Often the interaction among speakers and audience results in new perspectives and dimensions.
Colloquium has traditionally been the centre point of COMET. This chapter of COMET aims at confronting the problems, needs and providing solutions through the theme ‘Remodel, Recreate, Reform’, 3 R’s of Engineering.
The theme focuses on the importance of proposing better models, designing better mechanisms and ensuring better performance in spite of the limited resources available to the scientific community. With this idea in the depths of its foundation, COMET’17 promises to bring together the exciting prospects of the diverse current research in Mechanical Engineering and beyond.
COMET is inviting soliciting original, previously unpublished and high quality research papers addressing research challenges and advances in the topics pertaining to Mechanical Engineering. Students (B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech/PHD), researches and qualified personnel interested in the field of Mechanical Engineering are invited to present papers.
Topics of interest for submission include, but are not limited to :
Automation and Robotics
Biomechanics and Bioinstrumentation
Human Values & Professional Ethics
Non-conventional sources of energy
Thermal and Fluids Engineering
